
To master all the intricacies of this system, requires years of specialized training, but a ’crash course’ is offered as part of the services of many health clubs. In these, certain simple exercises are taught, which when carried out regularly, tone up the system, correct posture and cure minor ailments.

(2) Stress Relieving Programme (7 Days- 14 days)
this programme is aimed at providing relief for those who are suffering from mental and physical stress. And those who have insomnia, lack of concentration, fatigue, head ache and general weakness.
General body massage, shirodhara, njavarakizhi, kati vasthi, nasyam, pichu, thalam etc are done on the doctor's advice.
Ayurvedic diet: An Ayurvedic diet would be recommended for the clients.
Yoga: Half hour yoga at 7'O clock in the morning. Internal Medication: Health drinks given twice daily.

3.Rejuvanation Programme (15 Days – 36 day)
This rejuvenation therapy prescribed in ayurveda endows the individual with longevity, memory, intellect, positive health, youth, excellent complexion, voice, strength of sensory and motor organs. Main aim of this therapy is to maintain the youth of the individual along with the maintaining of his long life.
General body massage and steam bath. Njavarakizhi and medicated bath.

4. Rejuvenation Programme For Old Age Disorders (15 days – 29 days)

In an individual, the age of stagnation is from 40 - 60. If the individual is free from worries and is provided with adequate nourishment he would maintain his health but from the age of 60 onwards it is the period of decline. And the process of ageing cannot be prevented by any means. The tissue metabolism decreases, the bones undergo degeneration. And all types of problems occur on joints because of the drying up of synovial fluid, the vital organs slows down their works, the nervous system becomes fragile, the arteries loose their softness. And because of all these reasons the person is exposed to ailments like high blood pleasure, insomnia, rheumatism, osteo-arthritis, diabetes etc.

5. Treatment Programme
a. Insomnia Treatment In this programme, shirodhara, body massage, thalam and several other packages are included. This programme is for 14 days.
b.Rheumatic Arthritis In this programme general body massage, njavarakizhi, pizhichil, podikkizhi, lepam and vasthi will be done according to the doctor's advice. The duration of this programme could only be decided after consulting the in house physician.
(It takes minimum 14 days).
c. Asthma Treatment Special ayurvedic herbal juices are given for 3 days in 6 doses.
d. Psoriasis Treatment This programme includes Thakra Dhara, lepam and internal medication. The duration could only be decided after consulting the in- house physician.
e. Slimming Programme This programme includes two types of massages.

(1. Udvarthanam 2. Oil Massage)
It also includes medicated steam bath, herbal tea and a course of medicines. Special ayurvedic diet would be recommended during this period.
